Tanah Lot is one of the most famous and most photographed temples on Bali. This is a temple complex on a cliff. Plenty of tourists come to Tanah Lot, especially at sunset. The temple has recently been renovated, and the complex is well worth visiting: very beautiful pictures can be done from two cliffs above the ocean. Tanah Lot is best viewed at high tide or sunset, the temple is reached after passing scores of the inevitable shops.
